Jeju Island, at Korea’s southernmost tip, blends untouched nature with deep-rooted island culture, offering a sense of peace and escape. Many remember it for its calm seas, oreum-dotted hills, and unhurried life. But I searched for something beyond the obvious, capturing unseen moments through my lens.

By day, Jeju feels warm and serene—its sunlight and vast horizons inviting rest. Yet when night falls, the island transforms. On its outskirts, neglected streetlights glow an eerie blue, casting strange shadows on the land. Though unsettling, the light pulled me in, revealing a haunting beauty that felt both mysterious and magnetic—a quiet whisper of secrets hidden in the dark.
