Lately, I've been fascinated by photography’s ability to capture a fraction of time — the materialization of a fleeting second, the sensation of time held between frames. How the medium of film becomes an extension of that capture. How we become aware of the material in which photography is immortalized, even as the film itself continues to expand the experience. Stillness, yet eternal.

My practice is rooted in this tension between what is seen and what is sensed. I treat photography as both document and transformation — exploring how light, perspective, and gesture can reveal unfamiliar layers of people, places, and objects. Recently, I’ve been approaching landscapes and inanimate forms with the intimacy of portraiture, searching for presence within them. I’m drawn to what photography conceals and invents, as much as what it reveals
