This image is part of my project I’VE GOT NO ONE TO HOLD ME a black and white explorative journey through intellectual disability. A mirror game, in which observation has got the double goal of getting to know the other in front of you and inside you. A “path” to follow, where you need to get lost in order to discover yourself. These mirrors tell us about a world of loneliness, dreamy eyes, silent hard work, tangible absence and sympathetic contemplation… They are peopled by “angels” with big shoes, “enchanting anomalies / of blurred souls”, which are wrinkles, smiles and coughing poles.
