Edible topographies
This series stages food as subject, material, and metaphor. Each image is a constructed world where the edible is transformed into a space of ambiguity. The familiar textures of ingredients like lentils, egg white, or fruit are stripped of their function and reimagined as visual matter.
The work navigates the tension between the real and the unreal, the nourishing and the symbolic. A terrain might emerge, or simply an object—a moment where food becomes form, and form becomes question.
By shifting scale and context, the images invite viewers to see the ordinary differently.
