Authorship

I often take self-portraits, using photography as a way to explore myself and my perception of the world.
Each photo turns me into more than just a photographer: I become both the subject and the creator. And when I present my work, another role emerges: the author.

These are not just different roles; they are entirely different skills, each demanding its own kind of strength. Being both a photographer and a model feels natural to me, but claiming authorship requires something more - courage, independence, and the willingness to stand by my work without retreating.

This series is my dialogue with authorship. It is about learning to reveal rather than conceal. About finding the voice to say - not in a whisper, but with certainty - yes, I am the author. About enduring the weight of that statement.
It is about standing beside my work without using it as a shield. About being strong, not just within the frame, not just in carefully composed self-portraits, but as a presence that exists beyond the image.

This series captures the moment when the author steps out of their own work and stands alone - separate, yet undeniably present.
