My project « Abysses » focuses on exploring the boundary between reality and the oneiric world, walking on the thin line that separates the known and unknown, the visible and invisible.

By exploring the very fabric of reality I intend to find gateways into the imaginary world, every shape and phenomenon can become a mirror of our inner depths. It reveals this tendency of our minds to live in the space between these two worlds in an inevitable and incessant back-and-forth, with our imagination and reality being in a constant dialogue within us.

Swinging like a pendulum, our psyche is transitioning from the dream world to the rational, from sleep to wakefulness, from contemplation of mystery to revelation. Each journey is contributing to the richness of our inner life. Photography serves as a bridge between imagination and reality, offering the illusion, for a moment seemingly frozen in time, of a utopian balance.
